Having quite literally grown up in the staffing industry, I knew that if I wanted to succeed I needed to build my company on the foundations of customer focus, integrity, ethics, personal responsibility and a commitment to doing what is right.
So, in 1998, I founded Partners in Technology. I have worked to infuse my team with an entrepreneurial spirit, and have seen the company evolve to integrate the passions of our team with my vision. By doing so, we've expanded our business to include divisions dedicated to Medical and Healthcare Recruiting as well as Contract Staffing.
While over half of the small search firms in the United States folded following September 11, 2001, Partners in Technology, by embracing collaboration and trusting each other's ideas, survived and continues to grow today. |
The most recent addition to the Partners family, Partners in Medical Search, is working with top hospitals and health care systems to fill clinical leadership and executive positions. I have every confidence that the Medical Search team will continue to make great contributions to our overall success.
As we approach our 10th anniversary as a company, I am proud of what Partners in Technology has become: a company that provides the highest levels of service, is dedicated to doing what is right, and provides a culture of entrepreneurship, coupled with a team oriented environment. |
