Executive Recruiter
Partners in Medical Search is currently in seeking talented, driven recruiters to join our growing team.

Successful recruiters:
Are successful salespeople - Recruiting is the art of connecting the right people with the right companies. Selling is the art of accurately identifying needs and providing effective solutions. Successful recruiters combine the drive, tenacity, and focus of great sales people, with a desire to be a positive influence on the lives of candidates and the success of our clients.

Are self-motivated and goal-oriented - Executive Recruiters must develop and maintain momentum on a search, to develop effective strategies and plans that keep them working smart and progressing toward goals.

Use all available resources to identify and recruit top talent in the industry. This includes building a relationships and acquiring leads through network of professionals and by prospecting candidates over the phone, using the Internet and working closely with industry organizations.

Understand how to measure experience, not just skills - Recruiter must make connections between candidates and companies based on more than just keywords. Great recruiters also know how to truly qualify candidates and how to evaluate the “fit” between candidate and client.

Represent the best interests of candidates and clients, from facilitating effective interview processes, and offer presentations to smoothing employment transitions.

At Partners in Medical Search, our recruiters must be able to manage multiple projects while remaining focused on goals and objectives.

The Executive Recruiter’s Major Duties:

  • Recruit through various sources, including telephone, Internet, referrals, professional associations, etc.
  • Conduct basic market research on the particular industry and become familiar with the appropriate terms for each job order as necessary
  • Identify, interview and work closely with qualified candidates

Major Experience/Skills Required:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Well developed problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, solve problems, and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self starter, with the ability to work both independently and as a team member

Experience that would be helpful:

  • Work experience in the recruiting or staffing industry or prior sales experience.
  • Any hospital or healthcare industry expeirence
